Event Portraits

We setup a portable portrait studio at your event, complete with backdrop, lighting and photographer. This is great for corporate events as well as bar mitzvahs or bat mitzvahs, proms and more.

As your guests come in they sign in and we take a portrait. Before they leave to go home they stop back by and pick up their portrait. Based on the option that you select the portraits can be paid by you in advance, or the guests can pay for their own pictures.

Event Portraits are great for any event where your guests will be dressed up for your event or if you have a celebrity for your guests to pose with.

For conference and trade shows, attract people to your booth and bring them back.

Our studio lights will bring attention to your booth, we take their pictures and later they come back to pickup the pictures. What a great way to increase traffic at your booth!

Option 1 - Paid by Guest

Our photographer will take a couple of pictures of your guests as they arrive or during your event (such as dinner).  Your guests can come back later an pick up their completed order.

Inital Setup Fee - $100.00 for 2 Hours, $50 each extra hour

Option 2 - Paid by Client, Free to Guests

Over a 2 hour period our photographer will take pictures of your guests. As each portrait it printed they will be laid on a table for your guest to pick up any time. The portraits are not framed but they are free to your guests. At the end of the event we will put all of the unclaimed portraits in an envelope for you to take with you.

Our pricing is fixed based on the number of guests and the estimated number of portraits. This options starts at up to 100 portraits.

Each Additional Hour of Portrait time - $75.00

Wedding Photo Favor

Give your guests a wedding keepsake! During your reception we will select a photo from your wedding, add a border with text and print a 4x6 "Wedding Photo Favor" for your guests to take home.
