We have 3 packages to help make your day special:

Or we can create a custom package of any or all of our services to meet your specific needs! We also have a variety of Options to help you to add a special touch to your reception.

Your wedding day could be the most special day of your life. After you finished you planning and organizing take time to relax on your wedding day by allowing us to take care of you. We offer different disc jockey packages for different needs and different budgets. With all of our wedding packages you get our personalized services and our years of experience working at weddings and special events.

When you work with Great Events Arizona you benefit from our experience as wedding planners which goes way beyond what a typical Disc Jockey would have experience with. We have worked with not only venues, but also florists, decorators, location managers, limo companies, party rental companies and more. If it is at a wedding we have either done it work worked with somebody who has.

Our Disc Jockeys will play music to get you out on the dance floor.
The music will sound good from our professional PA equipment. We have music from different periods and every genre. If you like Hip Hop, we got it, if you like Trance we got it, Disco, Oldies, Electronica, we got them. We have thousands of songs in our searchable database, you can even build a play list on-line that will be e-mailed to us. Our music spans the last 50 years!

Our Disc Jockeys will not only play great music but our Master of Ceremonies will manage your reception and coordinate with all of your other vendors.

We will discuss you wedding and reception with you to find out your vision. Once we understand your vision we will then help you make it happen while you enjoy your friends and guests. Remember, our music library spans the decades.



Elegant Weddings
Not just a DJ... But an "Event Team"!

Why settle for a single Disc Jockey when you can have a whole event team? Our team consists of a Disc Jockey, Master of Ceremonies, an Event Assistant and even a Dancer. Each team member has a role in making your event fun and memorable.

Our MC will coordinate with you to keep the evening on schedule, make any announcements and communicate with your venue, photographer and anybody else who needs to know what is coming up next.

Our Disc Jockey will select and play music to make you want to dance. Our Dancer will help get your guests out on the dance floor, dance with them and even show them a move or two!

Our Event Assistant will help your guests with their song requests for our music library of over 11,000 songs and communicate them to the DJ.

To lighten up your party we have a professional light show with state of the art LED lights that move and change color to the beat of the music. Our mirror ball adds elegance and ambiance for those slow romantic songs. Want more? How about more Intelligent lights or a fog machine? We have a variety of "add-ons" to make your party fun and memorable.

We have 3 packages to help make your day special:


With any of our packages you not only get our years of experience planning weddings and other special events, you also get:

  • Free meeting and initial consultation. Before you decide we will meet with you and your groom to discuss your wedding and reception.

  • Reception Planning. After you select Great Events Arizona we will give you our Reception Planning forms to help you select special songs for the special moments of your reception. We will meet with you and offer advice and create a detailed timeline for your wedding reception.

  • Communication with your wedding vendors. As we help you to planning your reception and/or wedding we will e-mail the detailed plan to any of your other wedding vendors that you would like us to. We will discuss your wedding plans with the wedding coordinator at your location to make sure that they are on the same page as we are with your for your wedding reception. In most cases we will also visit your reception site in advance of your wedding to make we that are as prepare as we can be for your wedding day.

  • Event Team. Not just a single person behind a table our event team will keep the music going and your reception running on smoothly.

  • Extensive Music Library. We have over 11,000 songs in our music library and we add new songs weekly. So if you like current Pop, Hip Hop or Country we have the latest releases. We also have thousands of hits from the past to help get everybody dancing. You can search our music database on-line and select the "must play" and even "do not play" songs.

  • Requests. Of course we take requests, we want to play the music that will get your guests dancing. We even bring books with the names of songs with and artists for your guest to look through. Our assistant will help take care of your guests then pass their requests on to the DJ.

  • Professional equipment with professional results. From wireless microphones to big time speakers our high end sound system will make the music sound great.

  • Backup equipment on site. If we experience any equipment problems we not only have a plan in place but also backup equipment on site (not in some warehouse) so your wedding or reception can go on.

  • Cool light show. We don't have just a single light laying on the floor to create the club atmosphere for your wedding we bring a light bar or truss with multiple lights to flood the dance floor and create the proper mood.

  • Romantic Mirror Ball. For those special songs, and slow songs we turn off the club lights and set the mood with our romantic mirror ball.

  • Wireless Microphone for announcements and toasts. These microphones go where the action is at your reception with clear sound so everybody can hear and understand what is being said.

Standard Wedding Reception Package - $675.00

This package is great for the couple that only needs music at their reception. It includes all of our standard services and gives you 5 hours of music at your reception.

Includes:

  • Face to Face Reception planning meetings, phone calls and e-mails.
  • Creation of a detailed time line for your wedding/reception
  • Planning confirmation e-mails to your other wedding vendors before your wedding day
  • Our Event Team with DJ, Master of Ceremonies and Assistant.
  • Our Master of Ceremonies will coordinate and manage your reception
  • Professional Dancer for up to 2 hours.
  • Extensive Music Library
  • Professional Equipment and Backup Equipment on site.
  • Lighting System with Mirror Ball
  • Wireless Microphone for Announcements and Toasts
  • Up to 5 Hours of Music at Your Reception

If your reception will go longer each additional hour of music is $100.00.

Perfect Wedding Music Package - $850.00

For the couple that needs sound at both their wedding ceremony and reception this package is right for you. Many locations offer a sound system for your wedding but they often come up short with only a single wired microphone or they won't have somebody to operate it during your ceremony.

In addition to all of our standard services The Perfect Wedding Package Includes:

Wedding Ceremony
  • Face to Face Reception planning meetings, phone calls and e-mails.
  • Detailed review of your wedding ceremony and assistance picking out music
  • Separate sound system with an Attendant
  • Includes a CD Player and 2 wireless lapel microphones
  • Wired microphone as a backup
  • Up to 30 Minutes of Guest Seating Music before your ceremony
  • 30 – 60 Minutes of Wedding Ceremony Music
  • The CD that we played at your wedding of your special music is yours to keep and cherish.

Cocktail Hour              

  • Assistance selecting the right music for your cocktail hour music
  • Sound system to play your cocktail hour music with CD player.

Reception

  • Face to Face Reception planning meetings, phone calls and e-mails.
  • Creation of a detailed time line for your wedding/reception

Wow-Factor Wedding Music Package - $1,200.00

This package includes everything that the Perfect Wedding Music package does and more. You will receive some options such as the "Name In Lights" and "Elegant Uplighting" you also get some unique extras like your wedding ceremony and reception toasts recorded and sent to you on CD.

  • Detailed review of your wedding ceremony and assistance picking out music

This package is great for rooms of all sizes. You get 8 LED lights set to the color that you specify placed around the room.

Additional "Club Lighting" - $125.00

Show a Photo Montage - $100.00

We have projectors, screens and big screen TVs that can be used with a DVD player to show a photo montage of your love story. This can be setup at your reception or for your cocktail hour. We can create a montage for you for an additional fee, check out our montage page.

This typical setup is great for most weddings. If you have something special in mind we have a vast assortment of audio/video equipment to meet just about any need.


Wedding Video Special - $300.00

  • Wedding ceremony only
  • Two video cameras on tripods, neither attended
  • Quality 3 chip cameras
  • Built in microphones on the cameras pickup audio from the ceremony
  • Final video edited with footage from both cameras

  • iPod version of your wedding in addition to a standard DVD for only $50.00 more.


Name in Lights - $250.00

Your names or initials proudly displayed on the dance floor throughout the night.


Other Options

  • Fog Machine (if allowed by location) - $50.00
  • Bubble Machine, special non-slip bubbles puts out thousands of bubbles per minute - $50.00
  • Sub-Woofers, 2 sub cabnets are each over 4 feet tall, adds "punch" to the sound - $100.00
  • Confetti Cannon, shower yourself and your guest with colorful confetti, each "blast" is only $25.00
