Our event professionals have over 20 years experience planning and managing corporate events. From a standard presentation with a podium and projector to a multi-day conference we can manage your entire event for you. Most corporate events are planned by people who already have a full time job. With your vision in mind we can plan your entire event for you and coordinate all of the details. |
Whether your event is a sales presentation or a corporate meeting we can equip any room to meet your needs. PA systems, staging, podiums, projectors & screens or pipe & drape we have whatever you need for your corporate event. We also have experienced personnel to manage and run your event.
We will deliver, setup and operate all equipment needed for your event. After your event we will pack up and remove all equipment from your location.

Do you need - PA systems, wireless microphones, podiums, video projectors, laptop? No problem. We also have lighting, staging, skirting, pipe & drape and more. What ever you need for your event both the equipment and qualified people to deliver and operate it.

DJ & Karaoke
We have thousands of songs in our music library from crooners to the latest hip hop and rap. We can play elegant music during dinner then shift to dance music to get your guests out on the dance floor.
We also have a wide selection of karaoke songs, if you like. We even have a selection of hats, wigs and costumes to help make some songs a little more memorable. |

Company Picnics - The Portable Party
We bring it all to you, our huge BBQ grills, the drinks, the coolers, the tables, the chairs... everything you need to have a real company picnic. We bring it to you to a park or even in your company parking lot. Hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, baked beans are more cooked on site and served to your staff. We even bring a small PA system for music and announcements. After the picnic is over we pack everything up and take it away! |

Live Entertainment
Local musicians are great to have at your event, if it is a shopping center opening or background music during dinner. We know and work with local musicians and can fit the right talent for your event. We will work out all of the technical details with the performer so you don't have to. |

Photography / Event Portraits
Give your guests something to take home with them with our Event Portraits packages. We will setup a photography studio at your event and take pictures of your guests. We can set this up where you pay for the pictures or your guests pay for the pictures. This is great for couples or if you have celebraties at your event, |
