Question: How do I make my wedding intimate with a guest list that is over 200 guests?
Answer: Dim lighting and candlelight can create an intimate atmosphere. Candles that are strategically placed can create a completely different and romantic environment. Having the entire area dark and only candlelight surrounding the wedding couple only can be exactly what your looking for! |

Question: How many hours should I book my DJ for during my wedding reception?
Answer: Most wedding receptions are typically 4 hours or less. However, your DJ will need to setup before or during your wedding. The "clock" will normally start when coctail hour starts or when your reception starts not when the dancing starts after dinner. So check with your reception site, determine the time you expect to arrive at your reception after you are finished with pictures and count the hours until the end of your reception. That is the number of hours you will need to book your DJ for. |

Question: How important is the "light show"?
Answer: Well, the best answer is "that depends". The light show can help create a "club feel" for your party or reception that will help get your guests out on the dance floor. If the room is too bright or if the light show is not very good your guests may not be as included to dance. |
